Tap In


Tap In is an extensive community engagement and customer research program that will help us identify what's important to our customers and all West Australians.


We’ve just closed the first step of the program. First you told us what your number one issue was about water or water-related services in WA. We then asked you to rank the top ten themes the community identified in the order you believe are most important for the community. The results of this activity showed us that water sources for the future, water quality and reducing water use were the three themes ranked most important.



Now we want you to tell us a bit more about each of these themes. You can choose to join the conversation on all 10 themes or select the ones that most interest you.

We’ll keep this phase open for several weeks, and then in the coming months, we’ll share some options we’ve developed based on your feedback and the Tap In formal research.
