Tap In project FAQs
What is Tap In?
Why are we doing it?
We continually engage with our customers to find out what’s important and how well we’re delivering our services to them. Through the Tap In program, we’re focussed on collecting a wide range of information from metro and regional areas in WA and everything is on the table. The insights you provide, along with the results of our formal research will help us to make decisions that are aligned with what our customers want.
Can’t I just tell you what I think?
This Tap In website is the best place to tell us what you think, where your feedback will be reviewed by our team of analysts, so best to do it here. Make your say count!
What’s in it for me?
Tap In is an opportunity for you to tell us what's important to you when it comes to WA's water. Your contribution, along with others, will help shape the future planning for WA water.
How can I get involved?
At this moment, you can register on the site and leave your comment. Simply tell us what’s important to you in the Tell Us question box. We’ll then get back to you to let you know what others are thinking too.
In future there will be other ways to get involved and once you register, we will send you updates to let you know.
What will happen with the information, comments and opinions submitted to the website?
This information will be reviewed by our team of analysts, and together with data from the research component of the program, will help us pinpoint areas that you believe are important and what services we could improve. We will report back to you with what you’ve told us, and then progress to the next stage of the Tap In program.
