Tap In - Customer experience

Thank you to everyone who contributed to Tap In. Customer experience was raised as important when it comes to water and water related services. Your feedback highlighted the importance of customer service and proactive communications about local issues that may affect you, such as a major infrastructure projects or possible water outages.

Currently, we are analysing the large number of responses received in conjunction with the formal research. Then we’ll come back with some suggested options on how we could use this feedback to improve future services. You’ll then be able to vote on your preferences.
